Lok Sewa Aayog Hetauda Nayab Subba Exam Center
The Public Service Commission, Kathmandu Office, has announced that the competitive written examination for the position of Nayab Subba (Non-Technical), First Class Officer under the Accounts Group of the Nepal Administration Service, will be held at the Hetauda exam center. This notice applies to all applicants who submitted their application forms online and selected Hetauda as their exam location. The first phase of the examination will take place on the scheduled date, time, and location as mentioned in the official exam program. This notice has been published to inform all concerned candidates accordingly.
Additionally, any candidate who needs a helper writer during the exam must submit a formal request to the office at least ten days before the exam date. The request must include a valid reason along with supporting documents. This process must follow Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079.
Candidates are also reminded that they must follow all the important instructions mentioned in the notice carefully.

Notice:
- If an unexpected public holiday falls on the day of the examination, the exam will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission and will be conducted as per the scheduled program.
- No candidate will be allowed to appear in the examination without an admit card. Additionally, candidates must bring either their Nepali Citizenship Certificate or an original photo-identity card issued by a government office to attend the examination.
- Candidates must arrive at the examination center at least one hour before the start of the exam.
- Mobile phones and electronic devices are strictly prohibited in the examination building. Calculators are also not allowed.
- Only black ink must be used during the exam. The use of pencils in the answer sheet is not permitted.
- The examination will be of multiple-choice type with an OMR answer sheet.
- Candidates will not be allowed to appear in any center other than the one assigned.
