Public Service Commission, Central Office, Kathmandu Advertisement No. 16701-16707/081-82 (Open and Inclusive), Joint and Integrated Examination System, for the post of Gazetted Third Class (Non-Technical), Branch Officer or similar post, the first phase of the competitive written examination of the candidates who have applied for the Foreign Service and have been accepted online at the Hetauda Examination Center, will be conducted as per the pre-determined examination schedule on the following date, time and place. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.
Also, candidates who require a supporting writer should submit an application to this office 10 (ten) days before the date of commencement of the examination, enclosing the documents with the reasons and evidence for requesting a supporting writer, as per Rule 68 (1) of the Public Service Commission Rules, 2079 BS. The matters to be followed by the candidates are mentioned in the note.

Important Notes
- If the exam date falls on an unexpected public holiday, the exam will still be held unless the Commission informs otherwise.
- Admit card is required. No one will be allowed without it. Also bring a valid photo ID (citizenship or government-issued).
- Arrive at the exam center at least 1 hour before the start time.
- Mobile phones and electronic devices are not allowed. Calculators are also not permitted.
- Use only black ink pen. Do not use gel pens.
- The answer sheet will be an OMR sheet (for multiple choice).
- You must attend the exam at the assigned center only. You cannot appear at any other location.
