Under the Integrated and Combined Examination System, for the Ungazetted Second Class (Non-Technical), Buyer, or similar posts, the first-stage written examination will be conducted at the Birgunj Examination Center. The examination will take place on the specified date, time, and location as listed in the notice, and this is being published for the information of all concerned.

Additionally, candidates requiring a supporting writer must apply to this office at least 10 (ten) days before the exam date, as per Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079. The application should include the reasons and supporting documents for the request.

Candidates must arrive at the specified examination building at least 1 (one) hour before the exam begins. All candidates are required to strictly follow the guidelines mentioned in the notice.

Notice:

  1. The exam will not be postponed under any circumstances, as per the prior notice from the Public Service Commission.
  2. Only black ink must be used in the exam.
  3. Candidates who have been approved for the Birgunj exam center will not be allowed to take the exam at any other center.
  4. Bringing bags, calculators, mobile phones, and other electronic devices into the exam hall is strictly prohibited.
  5. No candidate will be allowed to take the exam without the admit card. Along with the admit card, you must bring your citizenship certificate or any government-issued photo ID.
