Notice of Exam Center Allocation for the First Phase Written Exam of Kharidar or Similar (Non-Technical) Post

According to Advertisement No. 12502–12507/081–82 (Open and Inclusive) issued by the Public Service Commission, Hetauda Office, under the Joint and Integrated Examination System for the post of Non-Gazetted Second Class (Non-Technical), Kharidar or equivalent, the first phase competitive written examination will be conducted at the Hetauda exam center on the previously published schedule. The exam will be held on the specified date, time, and venue as listed below for all candidates whose applications have been approved. This notice is published for the information of all concerned.
Additionally, candidates who require the assistance of a supporting writer must submit an application to this office at least 10 (ten) days before the examination date, along with supporting documents and valid reasons, as per Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079.
The important instructions that candidates must strictly follow are mentioned below under the “Instructions” section.

Important Notes
- If an unexpected public holiday falls on the exam day, the examination will not be postponed and will be conducted as per the pre-determined schedule without prior notice from the Commission.
- No candidate will be allowed to attend the examination without an admit card. Candidates must also bring their original citizenship certificate or any original government-issued photo ID when attending the exam.
- Candidates must arrive at the exam center at least 1 hour before the start of the examination.
- Mobile phones and electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the exam hall. Calculators are also not allowed during the examination.
- Only black ink pens must be used in the exam. The use of pencils is not allowed on the answer sheets.
- The examination will be of multiple-choice type using an OMR answer sheet.
- Candidates will not be allowed to attend the exam at any center other than the one assigned to them.
