Public Service Commission Pokhara Notice: Nayab Subba Second Phase Exam Centers Finalized for Baglung Center Passed Candidates (Ad No. 12851–12856/081–82)

This is to inform all concerned that, as per the pre-scheduled examination program of the Public Service Commission, the second phase (second and third paper) written examination for the position of Gazetted Class III (Non-Technical) Nayab Subba or equivalent, under the joint and integrated examination system of Justice and Administration Service, and based on Advertisement No. 12851-12856/081-82 (Open and Inclusive), will be conducted at the following date, time, and location (examination center).
The exam is being held for all candidates who passed the first phase written examination conducted on 2081/11/17 from the Baglung exam center, as part of the advertisement by the Pokhara Office of the Public Service Commission.
Below is the schedule and exam center (Examination Building) for the exam. All candidates must follow the details carefully.
In addition, candidates requiring assistant writers (scribes) must submit an application to this office at least 10 days before the exam date, along with documents stating the reason and proof for the requirement, as per Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulation, 2079.

Important Notes:
- The examination schedule will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission.
- No candidate will be allowed to appear in the examination without an admit card. Along with the admit card, candidates must bring their original Nepali citizenship certificate or an original photo identity card issued by a government office.
- Candidates must arrive at the examination center at least one (1) hour before the examination starts.
- Mobile phones and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited in the examination building.
- Only black ink pens or dot pens are allowed for writing the exam. Pencils are not permitted in the answer sheets.
- Candidates must strictly follow the instructions given by the exam personnel.
- Candidates will not be allowed to appear at any exam center other than the one assigned to them.
- Candidates will be allowed to leave the exam hall only after submitting their answer sheets.
