Exam Center Notice for Written Examination (Second Phase) of Nayab Subba or Similar (Non-Gazetted First Class) Post
This notice is published to inform all concerned that the Public Service Commission, Dipayal Office, Rajpur, Doti will conduct the second phase (Paper II and III) of the written examination for the Non-Technical First Class (Na.Su or equivalent) post under Advertisement No. 15701–15706/081–82 (Open/Inclusive), through a combined and integrated examination system.
The exam is intended for candidates (except those who applied only for the Accounting Group under the Nepal Administration Service) who submitted their applications online, selected Mahendranagar as their exam center, and passed the first phase of the written exam.
The second phase examination will be conducted on the date, time, and exam center mentioned below in compliance with the health and safety protocols prescribed by the Government of Nepal.
Candidates must also follow the instructions listed under Note 1 below.

Important Instructions for Candidates:
- Candidates must use only a black ink dot pen or ballpoint pen to write in the answer booklet.
- No candidate will be allowed to enter the exam hall without an admit card.
- Along with the admit card issued by the relevant authority, candidates must bring a valid photo ID, such as a citizenship certificate or any government-issued identification card. Candidates must arrive at the designated exam center at least one hour before the exam starts.
- Mobile phones and electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the exam center.
- If an unexpected public holiday is declared on the exam day, the exam will still be conducted as scheduled without prior notice from the Commission.
- Candidates will only be allowed to sit for the exam at their assigned exam center. No one will be allowed to take the exam at a different center.
