This notice is published for the information of all concerned that the second phase competitive written examination (Second and Third Papers) for the post of Nayab Subba or equivalent, under the joint and integrated examination system, will be conducted on the following date, time, and venue. This examination is for candidates who passed the first phase examination (General Knowledge and General Intelligence Test) held on 2081/11/17 at the Butwal examination center.
Additionally, candidates requiring an assistant writer (scribe) must submit an application to this office at least 10 (ten) days prior to the start date of the examination, along with the reason for the request and supporting documents, as per Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulation, 2079.
The rules that examinees must follow are mentioned in the “Note” section.
P.S.: The exam centers for the second and third papers may differ, so candidates are requested to confirm their exam building according to their service/group.

Notes:
- Candidates must use only black ink dot pens or pens in the answer sheet.
- Candidates must reach the assigned examination building at least 1 (one) hour before the examination begins.
- No candidate will be allowed to sit for the examination without an admit card. Candidates must also bring their original citizenship certificate or any original photo ID issued by the Government of Nepal along with the admit card.
- Bags, mobile phones, calculators, and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the examination building.
- Candidates will not be allowed to take the exam in any examination building other than the one assigned.
- Even if an unexpected public holiday falls on the exam day, the exam will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission.
