Notice: Exam Centers Fixed for Second Phase Written Exam

This notice is published for the information of all concerned that the second phase of the written examination for the post of Nayab Subba or equivalent, under the joint and integrated examination system, will be conducted on the date, time, and place mentioned below, as per the pre-determined schedule. This follows the results of the first phase examination held at Khotang examination center on 2081/11/17, which the candidates have passed.
Also, candidates who require an assistant writer (scribe) must submit an application to this office at least 10 (ten) days prior to the exam date, as per Rule 68 (1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079, along with supporting documents stating the reason for the request and necessary proof.
The rules that examinees must strictly follow are mentioned in the “Note” section.

Important Notes:
- Candidates will not be allowed to participate in the examination without the admit card, so it is mandatory to bring the admit card and reach the exam center at least 1 hour before the exam starts.
- While coming to the exam, candidates must compulsorily bring either their original Nepali citizenship certificate or any original photo ID issued by the Government of Nepal.
- Mobile phones, other electronic devices, and bags are prohibited inside the examination hall.
- Only pens/dot pens with black ink must be used in the exam.
- The examination scheduled as per the pre-announced program of the Commission will not be postponed without prior notice from the Commission.
- Candidates must strictly follow the instructions given by the personnel assigned for the examination.
